  • Abstract:
This thesis is a part of the research results of the "state development and reform commission high-tech project". It is an organic combination of hydraulic engineering construction management decision method and computer decision support system. It mainly studies the hydraulic-engineering material allocation model and the decision support system based on network analysis methods, and applies them to the reality. The systematic design method is universal to many kinds of hydraulic engineering projects. The main work and the innovation are as follows: Firstly, this thesis constructs a material flow balance model and a decision support system for hydraulic engineering. The question of hydraulic engineering material flow equilibrium is studied. Then, a suitable model based on minimizes the total transportation distance of unit material is proposed. A hydraulic engineering material flow equilibrium decision support system is constructed which is including an inference engine of supply and demand, a traffic network inference engine, a material flow equilibrium module and a visualization simulation module. And its software architecture is discussed. The related research results already published in and , and so on. The constructed system has good versatility for hydraulic engineering projects of China. The thesis's innovations are as follows: a) The thesis provides a new road-searching method based on the properties of Boolean matrix to assist the analysis of traffic network condition of construction site. Considering that the condition of actual dam traffic network is complicated, it supposes the whole traffic network is directed loop transport network, including multiple loading material points, intersections, unloading material points, road section and route, and thus it is able to analyze the topology interrelation of various material yards, excavation projects, transferring yards, unloading material point, intersection, road section and route. And a searching-routes method is given. b) The thesis provides an upgraded MOLP model to assist the engineers to implement high embankment dam material flow equilibrium in a scientific manner. It is different from traditional optimization models based on supply and demand restraint. The material flow equilibrium results may concrete to each material yard, each excavation project, each medium yard, each emptying-point, each crossing, each section and each route. The optimization results of the transportation problem of earthwork allocation with multi-starting and multi-emptying points matches to the actual capacity of road sections and intersections. Secondly, this thesis present a supply chain network cost pricing model on the base of the author's former researches of production, transportation, sale supply chain network. Related research results will be published in . The model discusses a project with n construction nodes, through constructing the balance equation, income equation and cost equation of each construction node to obtain the pricing equations of the project. The data of the model is easy to collect. It is simple, flexible and economical. The calculation scale may be very big. Thirdly, the above models and system construction methods is applied to a Chinese national key Nuo Zha Du project. The outcome demonstrates that the material flow equilibrium model and decision support system, and the supply chain network cost pricing model are applicable to various types of Chinese hydraulic engineerings. They can provide material equilibrium and pricing scheme in accordance with basic data and requirements of the project supplied by the user, and can decrease the construction
